Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I am in network with most major insurance plans. Most clients find that they pay anywhere from $0-$40 per session. I will help verify your insurance coverage during your consultation & help you understand your expected costs.

Do you accept out-of-network (OON) clients or self-pay?

Yes, OON clients can receive superbills to reimburse to their insurance company. Self-pay rates are $175 for an initial intake session and $150 per 55-minute session. There are sliding scale slots available on an as needed basis.

Do you offer in-person or telehealth therapy?

I offer both! I have found telehealth services to be incredibly effective, even for children and adolescents.

Do you prescribe medication?

No, I am not licensed to prescribe medication but I am happy to help you find providers to work with if needed.
